Default zmcontrol -v information incorrect

I installed the network edition with non-trial license but my zmcontrol -v shows FOSS edition:

[zimbra@mail ~]$
Anyone else have NE that says FOSS?

it's RH so, dpkg not an option, however, rpm shows that it is the OS core. I think I know what I did. (refresh your tarball when you play around in them).
