Default [SOLVED] Distribution List user not receiving email

I have set up a series of distribution lists for each of our departments. Then I made a company-wide distribution list made up of the department distribution lists. I did the compilation distribution list so I only would have to manage the department distribution lists. I have one user (that I know of) who is not receiving emails to the company-wide distribution list. I have checked that they are in the department distribution list and have removed them and added them again to no avail.

Any suggestions or ideas would be wonderful.

Check the log files to see if the message is being sent to them and check the user account for any filters that discard email or do other 'strange' things.

Thanks Pheonix.

I checked the logs and the emails were being sent, but they had a filter which wasn't quite working correctly and was delete all email from that distribution list.

I hate to say this but that's the usual reason, there will be an improvement to the 'discard' filter rule in Zimbra 6.

It was strange because the discard rule had additional logic which wasn't being adhered to. There was "claim" in the subject, but I guess it was deleting all from the distribution list.
