favicon and tab/window text

From searching around and reading through the installation guide I found it odd they don't allow you to change the favicon. Has anyone tried something with any luck? Also, I have not been able to find a way to change the test on a tab/window. The reason I want to do this, we are implementing ZCS at a boarding school where students will be using it to contact teachers, and student accounts are limited on Zimbra. We don't actually want them knowing outright what type of email they are using, less they find all the features Zimbra has that we don't want them to have. So any suggestions for favicon and window text?

Isn't that what COS is for?

The problem is more we don't want students to know the name because they'll know what they are missing, etc etc.
