Default zimbra installation error in Red Hat 4 server

ERROR: Installation cannot proceed. Please fix your /etc/hosts file to contain:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

Zimbra install grants mysql permissions only to localhost and localhost.localdomain users. But Fedora/Redhat installs leave lines such as these in /etc/host:

127.0.0.1 myhost.mydomain.com myhost localhost.localdomain localhost
----------------------------------------------------

inspite of editing the /etc/hosts as instructions in some fprums it's not working .Plz provide some suggestions.

Thnx in advance

The error message tells you what should be in the file, in addition you can check the Quick Start Installation Guide for the format.
