I need configured at zimbra to use mailbox (qmail and dovecot) on other server of mail. I not want use mailbox local zimbra and not want system store of zimbra.
do you know who do?

You can't do that, Zimbra is a complete collaboration package and must be installed as such.

ok, but if i needed do this configuring? I not want use postfix, just want use egroupware of zimbra.

Yes. Why not create a TLD ie. zimbra.your.domain.com and as long as it has a MX and A record you should be okay. That way your main MTA will handle your normal email traffic.
