loops Initializing Documents

Installing zcs-5.0.18_GA_3011.RHEL5...
on Centos 5.latest, fully patched today
on virtual machine on VMware ESX Server 3
VM has 2GB RAM, backed by 2GB reserved real RAM.. server has surplus
CPU is dual HT Xeon 3.2Ghz
/opt is empty 16GB partition.

Left work around 5:45 at the "Initializing Documents... " stage of the install and three hours later it's still at the same point.

Let's try to see what went wrong:

/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox log is huge...

/opt/zimbra/log/mysql_error.log contains this:
