    Default

    globals.def defines
    ANT := $(shell which ant)

    this is null on your install so i would say that it couldn't find a version of ant in your path.

    Firstly Thank you so much Brian for such a quick reply.
    Yes,I had changed globals.def related to ANT. But when I revert those changes , I get following...

    /home/public/p4/FRANKLIN/ZimbraBuild/defs/globals.def:86: *** commands commence before first target. Stop.

    (Line 86 -ANT related)

    @ubuntu:/home/public/p4/FRANKLIN/ZimbraBuild$ which ant
    /usr/local/ANT/apache-ant-1.7.1/bin/ant

    this seems working.

    Thanks

    *** commands commence before first target. may indicate you inserted spaces instead of tabs for whitespace in the globals.def file. Make sure any whitespace you added is done with tabs.
