Default syslog problem with SUSE10

SUSE10 use "syslog-ng" per default, but two zimbra scripts stops "syslogd" not "syslog-ng" with "killall -HUP syslogd". Is this correct?
zmsyslogsetup
zmlogrotate = /etc/logrotate.d/zimbra

It's a bug, but I'm pretty sure this is already filed. What version are you looking at?

I searched and don't see it either, so feel free to file it. Worse case it will get closed as a dup or works for me.
