Default Problems with instalation

Hello,

I'm new in the e-mailing world.

Zimbra is successfully installed on a machine.
This machine have only private address.
We have e-mail server on ISP host.

Our request are :

We want Zimbra :
manage trafic on our private network,
( already OK )

manage trafic towards and from our ISP,
( OK with external add address, and setup reply-to option )

user name is unique on both of e-mail systems as on external system,
(i haven't idea. i known about masq. domain but i don't see how
this may help me )

How to do it if is it possible?

Welcome to the forums

I would recommend that you search the forums for fetchmail. This will collect email from your ISP and inject into the ZCS mail system. That way all emails will be subject to AntiSpam and AntiVirus testing.

Do your users all have separate email accounts at your ISP ? If so, you may wish to get all emails for your domain dropped into a single email account bucket and then collect from just one using fetchmail.

Well, I'm very grateful for your fast response.

But, fetchmail is one of installation conditions, isn't?
Do you want to say more setup conditions on existing installation?

No, not all of my users have e-mail account on external system, but part of them. All of them have internal account, and part of them are externally.
Oficcially. ))

My problem is how to explain exsistence two domens.
Idea is unique account.

But how to do it? Your proposal isn't clear to me.

With regards, rrad.

PS. Excuse on my English, I'm not nature.
