ZCS 5.0.16 RapidSSL problem

I am trying to install a QuickSSL certificate from RapidSSL.

When I try to verify the certificate, I am receiving:

XXXXX ERROR: Unmatching certificate (commercial.crt) and private key (commercial.key) pair.

I tried the adding an extra line at the end of assigned certificate, but that didn't help.

The root is (http://www.geotrust.com/resources/ro..._Authority.cer) saved as commercial_ca.crt as well in the same folder.

I believe the issue is the fact that RapidSSL has changed O as well as OU in the certificate, but I am not sure.

Any suggestions?
