Autoreply loop

I'm receiving lots of mails from root or postmaster from different servers.
When using the autoreply function, will I get floated with mails?

Like this:
mail from postmaster-autoreply to postmaster-forwarded to my mailbox-autoreply to postmaster again etc....

Most probably Perhaps a way to over-come this would be to setup a separate account for alert emails and then share that mailbox with yourself. That way those emails will not be subject to the auto-replies.
