Default Can't send and receive email in a internal domain

I can't send and receive email in a internal server (I don't use record mx for external) all collaboration suite start I can see administration panel and i can create account a see the email panel.
It tell me "message sent" but i can't receive and in administration panel mail queques i have 0 mail.
Help me.

There's not much information in your post to give you any answer. Which Zimbra version and release? Which operating System? What errors do you see in the log files? If you're behind a NAT router do you have a Split DNS set-up? Have you searched the forums and tried some of the diagnostics or some of the fixes for problems like this?

Sorry, I've 5.0.16 collaboration suite, Ubuntu 8.04 server, I don't have a nat I want send and receive email in a internal lan. Which log files I need? mailboxes.log? or other?

So are you only on a public IP? If that's the case you'll still need valid DNS A & MX records for mail delivery, look in the log files for the errors.

no I'm in internal IP in a lan I use a server for internal mail. I wont process internal mail.

host `hostname ` <- note backticks and not single quotes (type exactly as specified)

Then you will need a Split DNS, follow the instructions in the link I've given you.
