Exclamation [SOLVED] ZCS 5.0.15 Renewing GoDaddy Cert Failure

I'm trying to reinstall me GoDaddy SSL Cert thru the GUI and I'm am getting the following error:

Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: IOException while handling uploaded certificate Message: Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: IOException while handling uploaded certificate Error code: ZaCertWizard.prototype.installCallback Method: AjxException.UNKNOWN_ERROR Details:system failure: IOException while handling uploaded certificate

I'v also tried from command line with similar errors. ZCS is running on Ubuntu 6.04 if that helps. We did not have this problem when we first installed the cert.

Open to any help.

thanks

Default Solved

When using the wiki at:

Installing a GoDaddy Commercial Certificate - Zimbra :: Wiki

I misunderstood the line that told you to download

Intermediate - gd-bundle.crt

I was using gd-bundle.crt, I noticed in the instructions for command line the wiki uses gd_intermediate.crt instead. I used it and it worked fine.

thanks

Hello.
Here's what I had to do. No matter what I did the GUI admin area would not work.

So instead I uploaded the certs to /root/certs and logged into SSH

cd /root/certs

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr verifycrt comm /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key ./mydomain.com.crt

Quote:
** Verifying ./mydomain.com.crt against /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key
Certificate (./mydomain.com.crt) and private key (/opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key) match.
Valid Certificate: ./mydomain.com.crt: OK
/opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr deploycrt comm ./mydomain.com.crt gd_bundle.crt

Then I rebooted the machine... since I needed to clear out the swap anyway.
