No not separate packages, a recommended platform would be one of these: Open Source Edition Downloads: Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Software by Zimbra and is obviously one of the supported operating system installed on real hardware. A VPS is not a recommended (nor supported) platform, you may or may not get it working but it's not a good idea to use VPS. Anyway, what about the answer to my previous question about errors and the commands I've asked you to run?

Hi Bill,

I seems to to get into the same problem. Zimbra host only shows Its works.. Please help...While running zmcontrol status is show mailbox not running... "zmmailboxdctl start" start the mailbox but if i run B]zmcontrol status[/B] is show mailbox not running...... Please help.

You should not add your post to a thread that's over two years old and is for a different release of Zimbra. DId you search the forums first? Your question has been asked and answered many times in the forums, read some of the threads and try some of the debugging tips and solutions.
