Zimbra server was changed by problems in the disk , and I need to retrieve mail and files from the briefcase of a user backup.

As it is possible to retrieve only the e-mails and the contents of the briefcases of users.

What do you mean by "Zimbra server was changed"? Do you have a backup of your working /opt/zimbra directory?

I have a new server with zimbra. The old version is 5.06 and the new version is 5.016.

I have a backup of the old version /opt/zimbra directory
