i know there has been a lot of post on this topic but i have tried most and it still seems to not work for me
i am running ubuntu 8.04 and zcs-5.0.16_GA_2921.UBUNTU8_64

i also see this error in the log file
[ERROR] Can't start server: cannot resolve hostname!: Success
STOPPING server from pid file /opt/zimbra/logger/db/mysql.pid

Then do tell us what you've actually tried to resolve the problem. Is this a new install, an update or has it just stopped working? What has changed on your system that might have caused the problems?
