ZImbra v6 importing mailboxes

Before I try v6 beta 2.

I'm curious to know if I can use the mailbox backups from v5 and restore them on a system v6?

I backup the mailboxes using:

zmmailbox -z -m user@domain.co.uk getRestURL '//?fmt=tgz' > /backup/user_mail_$date.tgz

Im running 5.0.15 OSS on Debian4.
