There is no 'individual folder password' feature for internal ZCS users. Currently you have to share then revoke in order to deny access to sub-folders/break the inherit chain. |
Thank you very much for the reply! Very good question! That was my intention:
- Mails with correct addresses should - obviously - land direktly in the users mailbox
- mails without personal address (e.g.
info@abc.com) are moved by a human mail dispatcher to the correct user-mbox
- since the space is limited in the reading pane, only one mbox per user should be shown
- all users should be able to move mails to the public mbox of the group members
- users should be able to move mails in their personal non shared moboxes
(thats the reason i was contemplating about making sub-folders under the shared account inbox/sent)

How can those/our requirements be implemented in a smarter way?
