Let's say I want to have two domains, one with push email and one without does that mean I have to install two copies of zimbra?

If you're talking about "mobile phone email push", it's a feature (Zimbra Mobile) you (as admin) can control through the Class of Services (CoS) or per user...

So you can enable it for one domain and disable it for another domain.
On the same ZCS server.
