Default Backup Question Re Upgrading NE edition to 5.0.16

Hi,

Quick question, is it ok if I just backup zimbra using the command "zmbackup -f -s server1.domain.com -a all" command before the upgrade or should I copy the /opt/zimbra folder somewhere else?

I'm using NE and I've never done an upgrade before. We used to always backup the /opt/zimbra folder with the FOSS version but that's difficult now that the zimbra folder is really huge.

Thank you,
Leo

A full backup should be fine but you can backup the /opt/zimbra directory structure if you want (you'll need to stop Zimbra to do that).
