Installing now - GoDaddy email adress

Hi,

I have downloaded Zimbra desktop and I am trying to set it up. I have a GoDaddy email account. Is the host GoDaddy? Zimbra is not recognizing GoDaddy? Can I use this email account with Zimbra?
Or is my website the host domain? What type of account would this be? Is it a POP?

Thank-you for any help! I would really like to use this soon!!
