Default Error 500 - Documents

When I try to use the documents I get this error:
HTTP ERROR: 500
system failure: wiki formatter failure
....

I remember seeing two accounts after installing Zimbra, wiki and I guess spam.nqbcasi8ks which I both deleted.

Is this causing the error?
Do I have to create those two accounts to fix this?
What's the purpose of those two accounts?

Thanks

Default [fixed]

It looks like I shouldn't have removed some accounts after a fresh installation.

To fix it:
$ zmprov mcf zimbraSpamIsNotSpamAccount ham.account@domain.com
$ zmprov mcf zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount spam.account@domain.com
$ zmprov mcf zimbraNotebookAccount wiki.account@domain.com

Yes, as you've already found out.

They are the spam/ham training accounts that are used when you mark a message as Junk/Not Junk, messages get moved there so the anti-spam system can read the messages to train it's database.
