Default 4.5.10_GA_1575.UBUNTU6 UBUNTU6 FOSS edition Current(5.0.15) To NE...

I plan to upgrade my FOSS Zimbra....
4.5.10_GA_1575.UBUNTU6 UBUNTU6 FOSS edition Current To NE...

Can I do a direct upgrade?
I have my 60 day trial key and plan to make the purchase.
I am downloading the current NE version and want to do the install...
Is this a direct upgarde?
thanks

Im not sure if a direct upgrade from FOSS to NE is possible from your version to the current version.

In my case, I would normally upgrade from one version to another, until I get into the most current version. But before I upgrade to the next version, I double check and make sure that it is working from each version that I upgraded.

Going NE is just a matter of keying the license I believe.

Hope this helps....

I'd suggest you upgrade Zimbra first, go to 4.5.11 and make sure it's working OK then upgrade to the current OS release and confirm all is OK. When you've done the upgrades and you're happy you can upgrade to the same release of NE. Do make sure that you take a full backup of the /opt/zimbra directory before and after each upgrade.
