A new installation or an upgrade? Is this running on a VM or hosted server? How much RAM on the server. What errors are in the log files? Did you search the forums before posting as these issues have been asked and answered many times?

That is far too low for the RAM, you are below the recommended specification (check the System Requirements on this page and have a read of the Installation documents while you're there) I'd suggest you up the RAM to at least 1GB while you're testing and try again.

I've gotten away with 512mb for testing it out before I put Zimbra into production. However my production box has 1.5GB of ram and there is a noticeable difference. Any reason for running CentOS 4? CentOS 5 is stable and has been out for awhile now.
