Default Load Balancer installation

Hello..

We have a ZCS5.0.9 implementation on Linux servers.
Have cluster implementations for the mailboxes..

since implementation we have had dns loadbalancing , now planning to have a physical loadbalancer. Please can you guide on the necessary steps to be taken care of while moving dns loadbalancing to physical laod balancer & abt the downtime also..
Thanks in Advance

Are your physical loadbalancers going to retain the same IPs ?

Simplest way would be, if possible to use a new couple of IPs for your loadbalancers, and then add these to your resolv.conf on the MTAs. You then only need to update your domain records and the migration should be seamless then.

IMHO, first thing to do is upgrade ZCS to be able to use the last features/bugfixes of zimbra-proxy. And use it.

So when you say physical loadbalancing will you still have two DNS servers and then a IP loadbalancer in front of them ?
