Default Zimbra for local mail only ???

Hi,
I would like to install Zimbra on my local computer for learning purpose only.
I've installed Webmin and BIND9, and create mydomain.com zone for A and MX Record (actually I'm new to all this, so I don't know if I on the right track).
But it seem Zimbra always check the MX Record to the internet.
Is there any way I can set Zimbra to look MX record on my computer only ?

Like I said, I just want to use it for local only. Maybe after everything works fine, I'll use it on the real world.
Thanks.
