You haven't really given much information on the problem. Is this a new install or an upgrade, which version/release of Zimbra and which operating system? What other errors do you see in the log files?

As Phoenix has already asked is this a new install or a upgrade ? Have you move your ZCS installation to a new server at all ?

I would guess from that information that you don't have a Split DNS set-up, you need one if you're behind a NAT device. I would also suggest you check the configuration of your /etc/hosts file, please read the Quick Start Installation Guide for the required format.

Please update your forum profile with the information I asked for earlier.

What about the other information in my previous reply, have you checked it?

setting up the Rdns for the hostname to point to the server ip resolved all the issues. Once that was done, I just reinstalled/reconfigured the server.

Thanks Bill.
