Webmail do not work after LDAP authentication

Hello,

After setting the ldap autentifaction on my extern eDirectory i would like to log in on the webmail but nothing happends.
I've created the same user on zimbra witch is also on the eDirectory. Than i set up the LDAP authentication like www. than i try to log in on the webmail but the only thing he says is: The username or password is incorrect. Verify that CAPS LOCK is not on, and then retype the current username and password.

i try to recreate the zimbra user with no password an it doesn't work too.
i logged in with the alias-name of my user and nothing change...

plz help me
