Error running Admin Interface

I installed Zimbra 3.1 over FC4 without problem when I tried to get the admin interface Web browser show me the error : "The connection was refused when attemting to contact localhost:7071".

Have you disabled any firewall and/or SElinux? Is Zimbra actually running? Were there any errors during the install (have a look at the logs)? Are you using https://server:7071 and not http://?
