Exclamation Instant Messaging not working

Hi all.

Before any request for help, i'll like to thank you all Zimbra Developers. This is an awesome application and really boosted our work.

Now the request. I've installed Zimbra Colaborative in a RHEL4 with Plesk already installed. Things are working smoothly, because i needed to change ports in order to work.

Everything works great, unless Instant Messaging. I've put it working in Administration Panel and settled status to on-line. the only server available is Zimbra (local), but after adding my workmates as new buddies and the done the same, we just cannot communicate.

I've searched forums and documentation, but it seems not want to work...

I'm quite newbie in Zimbra... and would be very grateful receiving some precious help...

When you added a new buddy, did you put their full zimbra email address in the 'Friend Address' field?

Yes we do.

we also have used server emails, I.E., we have our mail server instaled as zmail.ourdomain.com and a two more domains (ourdomain.com and ourdomain.net). When we try to add the buddy we have used joe@ourdomain.com and joe@zmail.ourdomain.com
