Upgrade Ubuntu 6.06 to 8.04

At the moment, my Zimbra OSS 5.10 is running on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS.

For some reasons I'm forced to upgrade Ubuntu to 8.04.

What is the best way to perform the upgrade? Is it afterwards/before necessary to update/reinstall/migrate Zimbra with the 8.04 version?

Some libraries for web deployment(eg. php 5.2). And compiling is not an option ;-)

As the Zimbra setup for Ubuntu 8.04 will complain if you run it on Ubuntu 6.06, I would imagine you will need to upgrade to 8.04 first.
