Default Zimbra cannot start on Cloned VM

I have a working Zimbra. When I clone a backup and start it up (I shutdown the original VM of course - to avoid conflict) it just refuse to startup. The error message when I type zmcontrol start:

Failed to start slapd. Attempting debug start to determine error.
daemon: bind(7) failed errno=99 (Cannot assign requested address)
slap_open_listener: failed on ldap://home.cresccendas:389

Any advise?

Thanks,
Boon Hong.

Sounds like the bind port is already in use. Shutdown ZCS on the cloned VM, and then perform a
Code:
netstat -an | grep 389
also to check if a slapd process is running
Code:
ps aux | grep slapd
