Thanks Mike ... I am surprised that this one has not received a little bit more attention though especially as it has quite a few votes already.

Yet neither fully addresses the issues. I'm wondering if they should all be consolidated with recommendations from this thread incorporated.

That sounds like a fine and dandy idea.

I have made a suggested modification to Bug 17382 – Can zimbra SA work with an External SA? to address the issues of customizing antispam settings. The more I think about it, I believe Bug 3870 – per user Spam Assassin score is a different issue and while I support it too, I don't necessarily see it as appropriate to combine it with the other two referenced above.

But I do recommend that you all vote for the above two bugs and see what further changes you might suggest on either one.

Hi, thank you all for the help.

mmorse:

zmprov mcf zimbraSpamHeader X-Spam-Disabled
zmprov mcf zimbraSpamHeaderValue YES
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start

With this solution the problem is fixed. Now when "false positives" mails are released from the quarantine (by the antispam box) are going to Inbox instead of Junk folder.

I see you have great ideas for this issue, excellent news ...

Best regards.
