LDAP zmldapinit failed

Hi to everybody,

I'm building ZCS from source following the instructions contained in readme_source_en_US.txt - I get the source with p4 process. The compilation process was OK. The /opt/zimbra/bin/zmmyinit has been succefully completed.

When I try to start the /opt/zimbra/bin/zmldapinit I get the followin error on the console
