When I type any of these address into my web browser

or https://193.168.0.25:7071

I get the following messages.The connection was refused when attempting to connect

I've added port 7071:tcp to the security Level configuration Gui unswe firewall options .. SeLinux is disabled

That's probably because you've had a problem during the install. We'll keep the answer to ther other thread as they probably have the same cause.
