MTA Trusted Networks and Outlook

Please help me with a consultation about how to add strings to the configuration so my client can use smtp from his Outlook client - right now
it comes back with "Relay access denied" message.
I guess i need to add a kind of WAN address mask or something else there ?

Get the user(s) to use SMTP authentification within Outlook.
