Default Virtuozzo Hosted VPS Inconsistency detected by ld.so

I'm trying to install Zimbra on a hosted Virtual Private Server using Virtuozzo. The server is running Ubuntu 8.04 LTS Hardy Heron. Every time I try to run install.sh I get

Code:
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: rtid.c: 1052: di_main: Assertion 'main_map != ((void *)0)' failed!
I can't seem to figure out what's causing it. Some posts indicated it might be VDSO, but I haven't had luck disabling that. Any help would be appreciated.

Kind of glibc problem. Make sure you have right vz-container. It seems that you are trying to install debs for one OS into container that runs different OS.

All of the debs were for Ubuntu 8.04 LTS 64-bit. I can't find much about this error other than it's usually encountered by people trying to install Scratchbox and in that case is related to VDSO being enabled, however, I can't seem to figure out what VDSO does and none of the instructions to disable it have worked.

Please describe the meaning of "hosted Virtual Private Server using Virtuozzo".
In my point of view it means that on hardware node you could have 64bit Ubuntu 8.04 as hardware node OS and some 32 or 64 bit Linux (Debian, RH, CentOs) in the container. Are you installing Zimra into the container or on the hardware node? And what about OS version in the container? Is it suitable for your Zimbra debs?

I'm not sure about what OS is running on the physical server. It's a hosted VPS from 1&1. The container is running 64-bit Ubuntu 8.04 LTS and that's where I'm trying to install Zimbra.

Pls attach output of
Code:
uname -a
dpkg -l | grep libc
cat /proc/sys/fs/vsyscall
