Welcome to the forums

It is advised that Zimbra runs on its own server and is not shared with other applications. Saying that it is possible for both Zimbra and other websites to share the HTTP port 80. You may wish to have a read of Wiki :: Zimbra and Apache.

Easiest way would be to install zimbra with the FQDN webmail.example.com and for each of your hosted domains point their DNS entry for webmail at your Zimbra server. I am presuming that your Zimbra server will be on a public IP ?

You can setup 1000s of domain within Zimbra. Plus with the Network Edition of Zimbra you can delegate administration of those domains to your customers :- Wiki :: Administration Console
