Default No inbound mail???

this is a mockup of a email failure on my wifes ISP email... I can send her mail, send mail back and forth within mydomain.com... but cannot receive mail from external sources.

I have my system as split-DNS, im bound, and got the admin consul running. I have turned on my ISP's relay so I can send mail externally, so I must be missing the config to received.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I am 98% there.
