Conversion of Mobile phone

This is the first user that i am converting to ZWC from Outlook that sych's with a blackberry curve 8310. I have ran the import wizard tool and he is not able to receive email on the phone. I am new to this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am sure i have left out a step i just need the direction to look in.

If the user is now using the Web Client then emails will not be sync'd to the phone like it did with Outlook. If you solely want to use the ZWC then you would need to setup a BES server to achieve this :-
