Default Zimbra with VPS on vserver.de

Hi all.

There seem to be some problems with Zimbra on OpenVZ

I'm trying to run Zimbra on Debian Etch on a VPS I have at vserver.de.
I'm getting the heap error a lot of people seem to be experiencing.

It seems to have something to do with that java wants xx% of the memory which doesn't match because the VPS has less memory than xx% of the total memory in the physical machine.

I know I don't exactly meet the spec but 1gb of memory would seem enough to me to just play with Zimbra a bit so I can write a document about it for school.

So is there any solution to this? That doesn't involve changing settings on the vserver's end?

install.log from /tmp
Code:
Selecting previously deselected package zimbra-core.
(Reading database ... 29263 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking zimbra-core (from .../zimbra-core_5.0.11_GA_2695.DEBIAN4.0_i386.deb) .
..
Setting up zimbra-core (5.0.11_GA_2695.DEBIAN4.0) ...
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Could not create the Java virtual machine.
dpkg: error processing zimbra-core (--install):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 zimbra-core
Any help highly appreciated.
