Default Sync Issue

Hi There,

I am looking for a replacement client for outlook and thunderbird and have decided to try Zimbra.
I have some issues with Syncing though, part way through the Sync, the application stops with a red circle with an exclamation mark in it, when i hover over it is says 'Status:Error' - i am given no other indication of what the error is or how to fix it.
Also the Help link comes back with a '404 - page not found' error from the server.

Please help before i put this one back where i found it!!

Enviroment
Windows XP SP3
Windows Firewall - Domain controlled
McAfee VSE 8.5 - ePolicy controlled
