Default Zimbra under Xen/Debian vs. ESX/Ubuntu (Installation HowTo)

Hello,

we are going to test install Zimbra on VMware ESX(Ubuntu) and Xen (Debian Netinstall).
(I do know that e.g. Zimbra NE is only supported under ESX/Ubuntu)

The setup of Ubuntu on ESX is very easy, but there are quite a few questions
for the Zimbra/Debian/Xen setup...

1.
What Debian- and kernel-version does the actual version of Zimbra prefer?

2.
Could soemone point me to working installation HowTo (for the Zimbra/Debian/Xen setup)?

Any help is apprecaited very much! Thank you!

John
