error message after installation

after installing zimbra on red hat linux 4 i getting these error
messages after giving the command "zmcontrol status"

logmysql.server is not running
mysql.server is not running
zmmailboxdctl is not runnint

my zimbra version is 5.0.4

i am not an expert.
please help.

Why have you installed ZCS 5.0.4 when the current version is 5.0.11? Are you behind a firewall or a NAT router? If you are you'll probably need a Split DNS setup. Have a look in the log files and see what errors there are. What errors did you get during the install?
