Default Send all mail to one account?

In my existing mail implimentation (sendmail) I have it setup so that email to my domain goes to my one account (sans like 3 accts). Is this possible to do in Zimbra? I realize this can be done with aliases, but I don't want to have to edit my acct and add the aliases every time I create a new account.

The reason I have my current email solution setup like this is because i like to create a new alias on the fly for every site I go to so if I get spam from one, then I can just simply ban that acct in my sendmail aliases file. i.e. if say blockbuster has sold my email address, then I could simply add blockbuster.com@mydomain.com to my aliases file with a reject and not get spam any more. Make sense?

Kevin,
Thank you for your help. I did search the archives, I just couldn't think of the right terms to search on.

One more question, now that I have the catch all stuff working, if I start getting spam to say somespamaddr@mydomain.com is it possible to block JUST somespamaddr@mydomain.com, or am I out of luck with Zimbra?

Thanks!
