Default [SOLVED] Upgrade from 5.04 -> 5.0.10 New Error Appearing

I was testing upgrading our Zimbra server on a VM machine to test and make sure everything went fine, but after upgrading the installation I started receiving errors when I attempted to look at the server certificates. Additionally there are no certificates, I don't know if it's in relation to the error, or because of the upgrade. I also attempted to make new certificates to no avail.

Attached are screen shots of the two errors. The server error is when trying to look at the server certificates, and the cert making error is, well, self-explanatory.

I'm hoping that this is all because it's on the VM and it's not the real server. I made the server on the VM by installing the same version as the real server, and then doing a full restore on it.

Oh I forgot to add I get an the GetCertRequest error when trying to view the certificates, which then shows there as being none.

According to the zmcertmgr command below, the certificates appear to be there. But they're unviewable through the web admin interface and come along with the errors above.

Code:
root@server:~# sudo /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr viewdeployedcrt
