ViewMail not working on all accounts

This is a fresh install of zcs-5.0.10_GA_2638.UBUNTU8.20081003052843.tgz on 32bit Ubuntu 8.04LTS. All works well except that I noticed that in the Admin interface, not all accounts work with ViewMail. I get the following error on some accounts when I try ViewMail:

Any ideas?

SOLVED

I was in a rush to get the server up since my original server was failing. New to Zimbra 5 is the "Public service host name" field which is right where the "Description" field was in Zimbra 4. Guess what? I typed the description into this field. I cleared this field and put the description where it belongs and now View Mail works.
