Junk is a slow learner... I get a regular (about once a day) email from someone wanting me to buy their product. It's a place we've done business with before, but I'd rather have these emails filed into my junk folder. So, when one comes in, I log into my webmail and move it to Junk. (I use Outlook 03, so I know I've got to move it to Junk via the web client.)
The next day, I might get lucky and the message coming in that day files as Junk, as I want it to. But on the second day, it's right back in my Inbox, so I move it again to Junk. The third day, it may or may not file as Junk.
So...any suggestions? I don't want to blacklist this particular domain it's coming from, as we still do occassional business with them. The "junk" message coming in is typically a full page image. |
