Default Secure Connection Failed ERROR MESSAGE

That's the message I get -

208.110.73.227:7071 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self signed.
The certificate is only valid for mx1.seymourherald.com

(Error code: sec_error_ca_cert_invalid

How do I log into the ADMIN section? Anyone have any idea?

Thanks so much

I am using Firefox and don't know how to add an exception.

Regarding the https://mx1.seymourherald.com:7071, it works only in Microsoft Explorer. But at least it works. I didn't think of using that browser.

Thanks for that imput.

If using FF when you get the message it should display a box on the screen with a button saying "Add Exception". Click on that, then Get Certificate and away you go

I tried to add a certificate to Firefox - everything seemed to have worked, but all I get is a blank screen.

Not sure what is wrong or what to do.

Clear your cache and try again, does it do the same when using the IP address instead of the actual server name ?
