One of my email account (user) cannot login to his mailbox. He gets this error: The username or password is incorrect. Verify that CAPS LOCK is not on, and then retype the current username and password.
I reset his password but it didn't fix his problem. I'm running Zimbra on my Ubuntu OS. Please help me.
Is this using the short name eg. john or the long name with domain john@domain.com ? If short have you tried with the logname, and have you checked in /opt/zimbra/log/audit.log for any errors ?
